Currently, we offer delivery services across all locations within India. While we do not offer international shipping just yet, we are continuously working to expand our delivery options to serve more customers globally in the future.
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After processing, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the estimated delivery time. We strive to deliver your order within 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
If delivery attempts fail due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will make two additional attempts. If the issue persists, your order will be returned to us. You will be given the option to request a re-delivery, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
We take great care in packing your items securely. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a refund.
